Is your website secure?
CAFIN takes website security seriously. We are powered by Shopify software, using the latest industry standard SSL encryption to protect your personal information. All payments are either made via Stripe or Paypal (so very, very safe).

What is your privacy policy?
CAFIN does not share any of your information to third parties. Your shipping address may be shared with UK Royal Mail for shipping purposes. Your credit card information is used only through our secure credit card processor (Stripe) for your payment, and is not stored.

How much does shipping cost?
CAFIN ships using UK Royal Mail. Royal Mail charges will be calculated at the end of your shopping cart and is dependent on the weight of your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed after 4:00 pm CET will be processed the next business day. Shipping lead time will average according to the shipping option you choose. We currently ship out of London, UK. Royal Mail 1st Class (standard): will arrive 3-4 business days (dependent on your location), Royal Mail Europe: will arrive in 7-8 business days.

Do you ship outside of Europe?
We ship to every country in the world, except for North Korea (obvs).

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Will I receive a notification when I place my order?
You will receive a confimation to the email address you provided within 1-2 hours of purchase.

Where can I get a promotion code?
Occasionally, we run exclusive promotions and discounts on cafinclothing.co.uk for customers signed up to our mailing list. So, be sure to sign up so you don’t miss out on future promotions. Also check our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Often times we have different promotions for each.

I have received my order, but something is missing, damaged or wrong, what should I do?
We apologize for any mistakes. Please contact catchingafishinnorway@gmail.com and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

Can I make a return?
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind you can return the item within 14 business days. The item has to be in the condition you received it in. The item must be in it's original protective bag with tags still affixed. It must be in sell-able condition to complete the return. We will credit you back on the same payment method. Please contact our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Will my tee’s shrink?
All of our clothes are 100% cotton and are printed on pre-shrunk tee blanks. Still, if you tumble dry, especially at higher temperatures, some shrinkage may occur. If you want your tee to shrink as little as possible, for best results, wash cold and hang to dry. Washing cold is also the best for retaining color and print quality.
